You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

I bought the Giggle Ball because I had a beagle puppy who could never get enough play time. Literally unstoppable. Indefatigable. Since it literally would be impossible to play with him as much as he would like, I looked for things he could play with on his own and stay entertained. The Giggle Ball looked like a promising solution.AND IT WAS! I can't begin to describe how much he loved it as a puppy and now as a young adult dog. I now have a semi-pro dog soccer player 🤣 Check out the videos.If you have a smart, energetic dog who loves how to play... they will LOVE the Giggle Ball!

I bought this for my sons dog and loves it. He would throw it all over the yard and run and chase it and have a blast with it. Definitely a myst for energetic dogs

This is hands down my dog's favorite toy. Unfortunately it only takes her a couple minutes to get her first dent and crack into the you. She then proceeds to destroy it piece by piece - luckily she spits out every piece she breaks off. If left with it for a few hours it turns into a mangled mass of pieces. Even when it's down to just a pierce of the shell she still loves it and brings it to me to throw for her. I wish the plastic was twice the thickness so she didn't destroy them. She typically has 2, one that is in better shape for extended periods of throwing for her and one that is mangled and no longer rolls.

UPDATE 1 MONTH LATERMy dog still loves this toy! It does not glow in dark at all and it no longer makes the noise- both are not a deal breaker for me! Still happy with the purchase!---‐----------------------------------------------Bought this to keep my dog entertained outside and she loves it! The ball is hard plastic and for me, best kept outside. She chases it, pounces it and kicks it around. Good size and she can pick it up to run with it. So far she hasn't chewed it. Such a fun toy and while the noise is obnoxious, it adds to the fun for her!

It says it’s good for dogs of all sizes and easy to pick up. I’m not so sure. The hard plastic slips out of my dog’s grasp easily. In a way that’s fun because it sends the ball rolling again for him to go pick up. It keeps him busy. It doesn’t seem that comfortable once he gets his teeth in the right place, but I wouldn’t know and won’t try.I just can’t see smaller dogs doing well with it unless they just pushed it around. It just depends on how each dog likes to play.I don’t throw this for my dog very often. Maybe twice in a day. Then save the more hyper fun for softer toys.I like it now that it’s here but probably wouldn’t buy again. Just out of my dog’s play preference.
