You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

Firstly, I'd like to express my delight over the satisfaction i got when i witnessed the quality of the product. I expected it to be sturdy as I own an adult Doberman who plays furiously who would always tear the toys apart but this product has outplayed all other products. Such an awesome idea that has been made as a toy.

I think that this product is best if your dog is getting bored,aggresive or feeling lazy! I will highly recommend this product as my female German shepherd is kind of aggressive. durability was good but I think that the size was a little too small according to the price of this product

This product is one of the best investments I've ever made for my dog. He loves to play with it and hasn't stopped since then. Best part is that it also cleans his teeth whilst playing. The vacuum is pretty strong so that it can never go missing unless you want to take it out. Totally worth it.
