You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

If you live in town and you walk your dog your neighbors will appreciate you having a tool like this to pick up after your furry friend. From The Jondarla store comes this portable “pooper scooper “ this tool comes with a clip to attach to your belt or backpack, it also comes with 3 rolls of baggies. Insert 1 roll in the back compartment and feed out the slot and tear off when needed open the bag and cover the jaws, squeeze the clip on the back and clamp the jaws over the product and peel of the bag and throw away. No more gloves your hands never come close and for larger messes this also expands by pulling the rubber tab on top. I highly recommend this it is a great tool to have with you while walking your furry friend.“Peace “

I have tried a few different pooper scoopers, and all have been on long poles, and none of them could pick up the job at one time. I have two large breed dogs, and picking up everything in one scoop was impossible. So when I saw this one with the extended area to accommodate the largest of poop. I was happy to find this one so I could do the messy cleanup with one bag instead of many. I wish it were on a pole, but at least I can finish the job with fewer bags, and it also decreases my time doing this messy job.

I love this product. Now I don't have to stop and talk with neighbors with a bag of poop in my hands. I attached to leash. It picks up nice and easy.

This product works perfectly. It not only gives you a you a touch free way to pick up the poop, but there is no cleaning needed because the poop never touches the scoop. The scoop stays completely covered by the bag This is absolutely genius and every dog owner should have this!

This has got to be one of my favorite Amazon purchases. That's mostly because I didn't expect much of it. It can hold A LOT of poo. I cleaned two weeks worth of a backyard (from two little dogs), in one trip. I also love that I can walk my dogs without having to constantly waste bags when they go more than once. One issue is that the bags included are a tad thin and tear easily, not ideal but not a huge issue for me. I attached some illustrated photos so hopefully those helped because I know there weren't a lot of picture reviews.
