Shipping & Return
xReturns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

First day product review but so far our cat loves this. Quality seems good and the soft felt covering is nice. The ball can be cycled through various modes indicated by LED color and once you learn what each color means it is simple. The ball can roll or jump or both depending on the mode which is important to know because I had it stuck in jump mode at first and was getting upset that it wouldn’t roll so my cat could chase it. Very good toy and would buy again.

My cat likes this ball. At first she was like what’s that and know she likes it a lot.

It took a week or so for my cat to get use to this but on or off she isn’t really into it. Her favorite to is a deodorant top… smh. I bought a cat nip toy she tore right through it so I used the outer part to cover this gadget and she couldn’t get enough of if. Smacking it, tossing it up in the are and just plain ol’’manhandling it. I wish it held a longer charge but it’s sufficient for up to one hour.

My cat seriously has not stopped chasing this ball around since I set it down. Even as I'm writing this he's intensely watching it waiting for his opportunity to pounce on it 😂. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is I'm not sure how apartment friendly it is. Any time it goes on the red setting on a non carpeted area the ball spins so fast that it starts jumping. My cat loves it, but I'm a noise conscious person and all that tapping as it jumps is a bit loud on linoleum and tile.As I was typing that he wore himself out. I would highly recommend this toy.

I purchased this after seeing a social media ad for the same product. The quality of the toy was far better than I expected and the ease of use was excellent. The auto movement function works better on hard surfaces than on carpet. When on carpet, it does respond to feline interaction as described but doesn't "roll" instead it kinda just shakes. Highly recommend you study the instruction manual to remember what the different color settings do.
